Materials will be shipped 10 business days before the class date or are available for pick-up the morning of the training. If you are registering within 10 business days of the scheduled class, please call (501) 376-2323 to confirm how you will receive class materials.

*A class with fewer than 20 participants will be canceled.

If you cancel or do not attend the class, there are no refunds. Re-schedule policy: Registrant may reschedule one time for a later class date and a $25 fee will apply.

Bring a valid ID, No 2 pencil, textbook and exam sheet to your class. The exam consists of 90 questions and the minimum passing score is 75%. Complimentary e-Certificates for ServSafe are now available from the ServSafe website – they are not mailed automatically. The e-Certificates will fulfill American National Standards Institute (ANSI) requirements for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, and provide both students and proctors instant access to certificates once exams have been graded.
